MyPixo Submission Policy
If you are an artist or band interested in working with MyPixo please contact MyPixo at info@mypixo.com. If you have material recorded please provide information where it can be heard. If you don't have a recording provide date, time, and location of a performance where we can see you play live. We can also schedule a time to hear your songs in person if you have no live shows scheduled soon.
We are always looking to add new artists to our catalog
- New Artists: Needing to record a market ready CD and be published and released on the MyPixo label.
- Have a CD: Artists who have a sellable CD wanting to be published and release on the MyPixo label.
- Music Publishing: Artist who have market ready material recorded wishing to publish with MyPixo to submit for music licensing in film, TV, and DVD.
You do not have to record with us to be released on the label. Contact MyPixo info@mypixo.com for more information.
Things You Should Know Before Submitting
Be Unique
You must have something unique, something that sets you apart from other bands. You should not be easily described as or compared to another artist. If they have to name a few bands to describe you— that's what we want.
Know Yourself
Know who you are as an artist, where you want to go, and who you want to be. Whatever your style of music, we will take your vision and grow together.
Be Ready to Work
After the CD release we continue to work together to promote and market you and your music. We will give you opportunities, but you have to be ready to make the commitment to succeed.

The MyPixo record label, based in Columbus, Ohio, was founded to support independent artists and song writers in the Ohio and surrounding markets. MyPixo provides independent bands and musicians everything they need to be successful, including recording, producing, booking, artist development, and marketing services. We are dedicated to providing independent artists with the opportunity for experimentation and artistic freedom while expanding the reach of MyPixo artists nationwide.
MyPixo believes strongly in the importance of independent music and is committed to creating lasting and mutually beneficial relationship. We are dedicated to creating "buzz" about our artists by releasing music through traditional and non-traditional mediums, including CD release events, digital sales through iTunes and Amazon, music licensing for film, TV, and video. We also have partnerships for inclusion in "big box" stores including Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.
